Val de Vire Bioactives is a subsidiary of the Group Cooperative Elle & Vire.
Located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, Group Cooperative Elle & Vire processes the two local traditional productions: milk and cider apple.

In collaboration with the “Cidrerie du Val de Vire” (Val de Vire ciderhouse), the activity of Val de Vire Bioactives is exclusively dedicated to the valorisation of cider apple. Specialist of the “apple cracking”, Val de Vire Bioactives extracts from this raw material a range of natural ingredients aimed at the cosmetic, nutraceutic and food sectors.
