Val de Vire Bioactives produces all its extracts from a unique raw material: the cider apple. The extraction processes were developed in collaboration with well-known French scientific institutes and research centres (INRA, INSERM), in order to preserve the native apple profile and guarantee the food grade status of the extracts. |
These patented processes were validated “Food Process” by the French regulation DGCCRF/AFSSA.
In order to remain close to the fruit, the ingredients marketed by Val de Vire Bioactives are 100% apple; they contain neither drying carrier nor preservatives.
